St. Vincent, Ben Harper & Charlie Musselwhite Among 2018 Newport Folk Festival Lineup Additions

More acts have been added to the lineup for the 2018 Newport Folk Festival. The long-running event will be held at Fort Adams State Park in Newport, Rhode Island on July 27 – 29.

Among the additions to the slate for Friday, July 27 were Ben Harper & Charlie Musselwhite, St. Vincent and St. Vincent’s touring partners (and Annie Clark’s uncle and aunt) Tuck & Patti. Organizers also recently confirmed the additions of Cheech & Chong, Jenny Lewis and Shakey Graves to the Saturday, July 28 Newport schedule and Toots & The Maytals, Glen Hansard and Nels Cline’s Curtis Rogers Memorial Resonator Excursion to the Sunday, July 30 lineup.

Tickets for the 2018 Newport Folk Festival are sold out.
