Rockers Spoon served as the musical guests on Monday’s episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. The Austin-based band performed “Wild” off their latest studio album, Lucifer On The Sofa.

Lucifer On The Sofa, the band’s 10th studio album and first since 2017’s Hot Thoughts, came out in February. The 10-track effort scored Spoon their first Grammy nomination as Lucifer On The Sofa vies for Best Rock Album at the 2023 ceremony.

Yesterday marked what would have been Little Richard’s 90th birthday. Spoon drummer Jim Eno utilized a kick drum featuring an image of the rock pioneer for the occasion. The band sticks around New York City for an appearance at tonight’s Holiday Cheer for FUV concert at The Beacon Theatre. Select tickets remain via Ticketmaster.com.
