Sombr Brings Out 5 Seconds Of Summer At Lollapalooza
The Australian pop-rock band joined the singer onstage for a surprise performance of “She Looks So Perfect” during his set at Chicago’s Grant Park.

Sombr brought out fellow festival performers 5 Seconds of Summer as a surprise guest during his set at Lollapalooza on Thursday at Grant Park in Chicago. The rising singer-songwriter teamed with the Australian band for their hit 2014 song “She Looks So Perfect.”
Sombr introduced the band before their appearance, telling the Lolla crowd, “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, the greatest band in the fucking world, 5 Seconds of Summer!”
Sombr (Shane Michael Boose) was 8 years old when 5 Seconds of Summer released “She Looks So Perfect” on their 2014 self-titled debut album. That same year, the chart-topping “She Looks So Perfect” earned 5 Seconds Of Summer the Song Of The Year ARIA Music Award.
5 Seconds Of Summer, who played “She Looks So Perfect” during their Thursday Lolla set as well, will host an official Lolla after-show on Saturday (August 1) at The Salt Shed in Chicago. Sombr’s next appearance is on Saturday at Montreal’s Osheaga festival.
