Sammy Hagar and Metallica’s James Hetfield will be joined by an all-star lineup of musicians at their third annual Acoustic-4-A-Cure concert held at The Fillmore in San Francisco on Sunday, May 15. The acoustic concert event will benefit the Pediatric Cancer Program at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital.

Joining Hagar and Hetfield on the lineup will be John Mayer, Melissa Etheridge, Joe Satriani, Tommy Lee and Pat Monahan. As with past Acoustic-4-A-Cure concerts that have included the likes of Billie Joe Armstrong, Jerry Cantrell, Chad Smith, Adam Sandler, Nancy Wilson and others, expect the 2016 iteration to feature a variety of collaborations between the confirmed musicians performing a wide-range of covers and originals.

Tickets to the 2016 “Acoustic-4-A-Cure” concert go on sale this Friday, April 1 at 10 a.m. PT exclusively at livenation.com. Here’s audience-shot footage of Hagar, Satriani and Smith performing “The Thrill Is Gone” from last year’s event:
