Ryan Montbleau & Brian Moss Join Greensky Bluegrass At Levitate

By Andy Kahn Jul 9, 2018 7:42 am PDT

The second and final day of the 2018 Levitate Music & Arts Festival featured a performance by Greensky Bluegrass at the Marshfield Fairgrounds in Marshfield, Massachusetts. GSBG welcomed Ryan Montbleau and Spafford’s Brian Moss to sit-in during their evening set.

Greensky’s set began with “The Four” and “Run Or Die” before dobro player Anders Beck introduced Montbleau. The Massachusetts-native emerged to add vocals to a cover of Coolio’s “Gangsta’s Paradise.” GSBG returned to “Run Or Die” following Montbleau’s exit and continued the set with “Like Reflections.” Crew member Luke Milanese played tambourine during a rendition of “Burn Them,” which was followed by “Past My Prime,” “Hit Parade” and “All Four.”

Guitarist Brian Moss, who played on the same stage with Spafford earlier in the day, came back out to join Greensky Bluegrass on a set-closing “Kerosene.” The entire performance from yesterday can be viewed in the officially shared footage below:
