Ryan Adams To Be First Music Guest On New ‘Daily Show’

On September 28 Trevor Noah begins his run as host of Comedy Central’s The Daily Show. Today, the network has announced the first batch of guests for Noah’s run as host and the first musical guest will be Ryan Adams.
Adams, who released his version of Taylor Swift’s 1989 LP earlier this week, will be the lone guest on the October 1st episode of The Daily Show. Ryan is currently on a break from live performances, but apparently couldn’t pass up the chance to appear on Noah’s show.
The Daily Show airs on Comedy Central at 11 p.m. each night starting on Monday.
