The Bowery Ballroom in New York City played host to the first of two nights of Neil Fest last evening. An all-star lineup of musicians gathered to perform songs from Neil Young’s songbook, including the likes of Ryan Adams, Norah Jones, Charles Bradley and more.

Among the performances last night were Bradley leading “Heart of Gold” which he often covers, Adams taking on “Cinnamon Girl” and teaming up with Jones for “Old Man,” Jakob Dylan out front on “Southern Man” and “Ohio,” Butch Walker fronting “Rocking In The Free World” and Valerie June taking the reigns for the full-cast “Helpless” finale.
