New Rose Blooms In Chicago: Rose On The River Taps My Morning Jacket, Vulfpeck, Tash Sultana & More For Inaugural Lineup

Chicago’s Rose On The River Festival outlined its inaugural lineup including My Morning Jacket, Vulfpeck, Tash Sultana, Thundercat and more. Presented by Deep Cut, the four-day event is set to take place at The Salt Shed Fairgrounds July 4 – 7, 2024.
The funk-heavy Rose On The River bill will also see a celebration of The Meters featuring founding members bassist George Porter Jr. and guitarist Leo Nocentelli along with Dumpstaphunk. Dumpstaphunk includes son of late Meters keyboardist Art Neville, guitarist Ian Neville, and is led by Art’s nephew Ivan Neville.

Also among the Rose On The River performers are BADBADNOTGOOD, Flying Lotus, Neal Francis, Andy Frasco & The U.N., DOMi & JD BECK, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Tank and the Bangas, Karina Rykman and more.
