Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Cancels 2020 Induction Ceremony Concert

The 2020 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony concert has been canceled due to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, this year’s inductees will be honored with a special that will premiere on HBO Saturday, November 7 at 8 p.m ET/5 p.m. PT.
Whitney Houston, Depeche Mode, The Doobie Brothers, T. Rex, The Notorious B.I.G., Nine Inch Nails, Irving Azoff and Jon Landau form the Rock Hall’s Class Of 2020. Refunds for ticketholders will be issued automatically by Ticketmaster.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will replace the live 35th annual Induction Ceremony with an exclusive special honoring the class of 2020 Inductees. The program will air on HBO and HBO Max Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 8 p.m. EST.
Next year’s Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Induction ceremony will take place in the fall in Cleveland. The HBO special will feature “acceptance speeches, interviews with Inductees and artists by whom they’ve been influenced, archival content and more.”
