The Fillmore in San Francisco will host American Beauty, this year’s Rex Foundation benefit concert, on December 6. The show will feature a complete re-creation of the Grateful Dead album of the same name and more with proceeds going towards the Rex Foundation.

Lebo (Dan Lebowitz) has put together a band called the Arrows Of Neon for the benefit. The ALO guitarist will be joined by Tim Carbone, Jason Crosby, Jackie Greene, Wally Ingram, Scott Law, Ben Morrison, Todd Sheaffer, John Skehan, Alex Morrison, T Sisters and Robin Sylvester at The Fillmore.

“We had been discussing a theme for the event this year and decided that we wanted to do a complete version of the seminal Grateful Dead album American Beauty,” reads a note from the Rex Foundation. “There are so many fabulous songs contained on the grooves of this album that we knew it would make for a fabulous night of music. The album will be re-created in its entirety, and then the band will continue to play into the night.”

Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, November 8 at 10 a.m. PT via Ticketmaster. Premium packages are also available.
