Radiohead’s song “Let Down” was recently used in a social media post shared by the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) Instagram account. In a widely disseminated statement, Radiohead angrily responded to the unauthorized use of their song, pointedly telling ICE to “go fuck yourselves.”

The statement attributed to Radiohead follows:

We demand that the amateurs in control of the ICE social media account take it down. It ain’t funny, this song means a lot to us and other people, and you don’t get to appropriate it without a fight.

Also, go fuck yourselves…

The social media post uses a cover of “Let Down” recorded by The Choirs YYJ. The song originally appeared on Radiohead’s 1997 studio album, OK Computer.
