Pitchfork Music Festival Chicago 2021: Erykah Badu, St. Vincent, Phoebe Bridgers & More

Erykah Badu, St. Vincent and Phoebe Bridgers will headline the Pitchfork Music Festival 2021 event in Chicago. The festival returns to Chicago’s Union Park September 10 – 12.

Bridgers, Big Thief, Animal Collective, Yaeji and The Fiery Furnances are among the acts on the lineup for Friday, September 10. The Fiery Furnaces’ appearance marks their first show in over a decade.

The action on Saturday, September 11 includes sets from St. Vincent, Angel Olsen, Kim Gordon, Ty Segall & Freedom Band, Waxahatchee and more. Badu, Flying Lotus, Thundercat, Danny Brown and Cat Power are a few of the acts aboard to close out Pitchfork Music Festival Chicago 2021 on Sunday, September 12.

“We are unbelievably excited to celebrate the return of live shows, our music community, and, most importantly, the artists and events crews who have made this year’s festival possible,” said editor in chief of Pitchfork, Puja Patel. “I know this will be a cathartic weekend for all of us, and that it lands right before the 25th anniversary of the publication makes it all the more special.”
