Pink Talking Fish Welcomes Many Guests At Luna Light Festival

The Luna Light Festival took place at Maryland’s Camp Ramblewood October 1 – 4. One of the highlights from the weekend was Pink Talking Fish Dark Side Of The Moon performance on Saturday. The band played the classic Pink Floyd album in its entirety with Phish and Talking Heads songs mixed in and were joined by a number of special guests.

The first guest to emerge during PTF’s set was vocalist Sunny Trippel who reprised her Wanee ’14 appearance with the band by leading them through “Great Gig In The Sky” and later “Us & Them,” “Burning Down The House” and “Eclipse.” Saxophonist Stoobacca Dashiki emerged towards the middle of the set to add to “Money” and “Us & Them.” The Hornitz contributed to “Crosseyed & Painless,” while Dopapod guitarist Rob Compa lent a hand on “Any Colour You Like” and “Llama.” “Burning Down The House” saw Trippel and Pink Talking Fish joined by Luminous Fire and Flow Fire Dancers.

Next up for Pink Talking Fish is a Thursday night show in Syracuse.
