Pigeons Playing Ping Pong Confirm ‘Flockbuster’ Halloween Weekend 2020 Theme & Livestreams

Pigeons Playing Ping Pong announced “Flockbuster” as the theme for their upcoming Halloween Weekend concerts at The Diamond in Richmond, Virginia. While the shows on October 30 and 31 are sold out, pay-per-view livestreams are available via Fans.Live.
Look for the quartet to fit songs from classic movie soundtracks of the past few decades into their movie-themed performances in Richmond. The band is known for their inventive Halloween and New Year’s themes, which have included “DisNYE,” “Red Hot Sergeant Peppers” and “Dead Zeppelin,” among others.
“On our last tour before the pandemic, we visited the only remaining Blockbuster Video store in the world and had an absolute blast walking around reliving our childhood,” shared PPPP frontman Greg Ormont. “Fast-forward to our current drive in tour, we found ourselves naturally teasing songs from classic movies and felt a wave of similar nostalgia. Suddenly it all clicked and Flockbuster Halloween was born. With such an open-ended theme, there’s no telling which memories we’ll stir up for the Richmond Flock and those streaming at home.”
Pigeons Playing Ping Pong return to the stage this Saturday, October 24 at Smoky Mountain Event Center near Asheville. A livestream of that concert is also available for pre-sale through Fans.Live.
