Pianist Holly Bowling Announces Spring Tour

Pianist Holly Bowling will soon embark on a Spring Tour that includes stops in the Northeast, the Midwest and an appearance in New Orleans during this year’s Jazz Fest. Holly has expanded her repertoire into the realm of the Grateful Dead recently following her performance of “Eyes Of The World” for our Songs Of Their Own video series.

Bowling heads to New Orleans for a performance at the Little Gem Saloon on April 24 ahead of kicking off the tour in Pittsburgh on May 4. Following the tour opener in Pittsburgh, Bowling will bring her interpretations of Phish and the Grateful Dead classics to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania on May 5, Asbury Park, New Jersey on May 6 and Garcia’s at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on May 7. Holly then heads to New England for performances in Cambridge on May 8, Southbridge on May 9 and Burlington on May 11.

The pianist concludes the tour with shows in Albany on May 12, New York City on May 13 and Columbus, Ohio on May 16. Watch Holly cover “Harry Hood” by Phish in Seattle:
