Touring in support of their recently issued LP Stiff, vocalist/guitarist James Petralli, bassist Steve Terebecki as well as new drummer Jeffrey Olson, guitarist Jonathan Horne and touring keyboardist Mike St. Clair played a number of songs from the new album Tuesday night at The Bowery Ballroom in NYC. The group delivered new album tracks such as “Had 2 Know (Personal),” “Take It Easy (Ever After Lasting Love)” and “Ha Ha Ha Ha (Yeah)” which featured opener Sam Cohen sitting-in. The second of two sold-out shows also saw selections from 2013’s Corsicana Lemonade, 2011’s D and 2009’s Fits as well as their 2008 debut Workout Holiday. Tuesday’s show also featured Cohen and his band returning to help White Denim on a Prince medley encore featuring The Purple One’s “Let’s Go Crazy,” “Delirious” and “Controversy.” Photographer Andrew Blackstein was on hand to capture White Denim on stage as well as Cohen’s opening set, view his gallery below:
