Colorado jamgrass act Yonder Mountain String Band brought their Spring Tour to the legendary Troubadour in West Hollywood on Friday night. Missoula-based quintet The Lil Smokies opened and the band’s dobro player Andy Dunnigan wound up sitting in with Yonder. Dunnigan joined YMSB at the end of their two-hour set for “Years With Rose” > “Angel” > “Around You” > “Angel.” Yonder’s performance included a career-spanning mix of originals and covers of Ween, Phish, King Harvest and more.
