moe. wrapped up a three-night stand in New York City with performances on Friday and Saturday nights at the PlayStation Theater. Friday’s show featured the band’s first cover of Steely Dan’s “Bodhissatva” since October 2, 2003 and the return of the original “Suck A Lemon” after a year and a half on the shelf as well as percussionist Jim Loughlin leading his mates on Frank Zappa’s “Cosmik Debris.” Saturday’s show saw moe. joined by Conehead Buddha guitarist Suke Cerulo for “Moth” and also included covers of “The Imperial March” from Star Wars, the traditional “House Of The Rising Sun” and David Bowie’s “Ziggy Stardust.” Loughlin’s turn up front on Saturday was for the ’90s classic “Jump Around” by House Of Pain.
