Phish announced their October 26, 2018 show at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois for the next installment in their Dinner And A Movie archival video series. The concert will stream on Tuesday, August 11 at 8:30 p.m./5:30 p.m. PT.
Phish’s October 26, 2018 performance was their first at Allstate Arena since 2003. The fall 2018 concert opened a three-night stand at the venue that was known as the Rosemont Horizon when Phish held their Halloween show in 1995 featuring a complete performance of The Who’s album Quadrophenia.
The 2018 show included an 18-minute “Mercury” in the first set that was followed by the band’s third rendition of David Bowie’s “Moonage Daydream,” which was debuted by Phish on Halloween 2016 when they covered Bowie’s album The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars. The second set was highlighted by an opening sequence of “Tweezer” into a cover of TV On The Radio’s “Golden Age” that spanned nearly 40 minutes.

Phish chose the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund as this week’s beneficiary. Donations can be made through the band’s non-profit organization the Waterwheel Foundation.
Drummer Jon Fishman delivered this week’s dinner recipes “that showcase the bounteous height of summer produce.” Fish shared recipes from his friend and colleague Betty Frost for grilled peach and arugula salad (with a grilled shrimp add-on), zucchini fritters and “a Frost family favorite” Betty’s Berry Buckle.
