Phish bassist Mike Gordon and Iron & Wine‘s Sam Beam joined Guster during the latter’s set at Bourbon & Beyond on Friday. The Boston-born band and guests delivered a cover of Fleetwood Mac‘s “Dreams.”
Mike Gordon was on hand at Bourbon & Beyond on Friday to perform with Phish, who headlined later that night. Mike’s collab with Guster, which also included festival performer Sam Beam (Iron & Wine), on “Dreams” came toward the end of Guster’s set. The band’s Ryan Miller led the first verse with Beam adding harmony vocals ahead of the song’s breakdown, which saw Gordon taking a quick bass solo before leading the second verse.
