Telluride Bluegrass Festival Adds Phil Lesh & Friends To 2022 Lineup

Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh will perform at this year’s Telluride Bluegrass Festival will his Phil Lesh & Friends ensemble. The four-day music festival returns to Telluride, Colorado’s Town Park between June 16 and 19.

Phil Lesh & Friends join a bill that already included Tenacious D, Sam Bush Band, Tyler Childers, Béla Fleck’s My Bluegrass Heart, Greensky Bluegrass, Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Sam Bush Band, Punch Brothers and many others. The bassist’s Friends for Telluride, as well as for sets at this year’s SKull & Roses and Levitate festivals, have yet to be revealed. Turnpike Troubadours have also been added to the 2022 Telluride Bluegrass Festival’s lineup as has a Telluride Troubadour set. A few additional acts will be announced soon.

Fleck’s band for the My Bluegrass Heart performance on Thursday’s June 16 will feature Michael Cleveland, Sierra Hull, Justin Moses, Mark Schatz and Bryan Sutton. Additionally, Béla will team with Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Edgar Meyer, Bryan Sutton and Stuart Duncan for their traditional Telluride House Band set.
