Gimme Some Lovin’: Phil Lesh & Friends Announce Valentine’s Day 2024 Concert In San Francisco

Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh returns to the stage in San Francisco on Valentine’s Day. Lesh and an as-of-yet-announced Phil Lesh & Friends lineup will play historic venue The Fillmore on Wednesday, February 14.

The 83-year-old bassist/vocalist has stuck solely to San Francisco for all performances dating back to last summer. The Fillmore hosted Phil Lesh & Friends for one show in November 2023 and two shows in December 2023. Phil & Friends played The Warfield earlier this month.

Phil Lesh and guitarists Grahame Lesh and Stu Allen have been the only constants in the Phil Lesh & Friends lineup since November. John Molo was on drums at The Fillmore in December and Warfield on January 13, 2024 while Nathan Graham behind the kit last November. Adam MacDougall played keys in December with Steve Molitz on keys at the other recent shows. Stu Allen and Grahame Lesh were joined on guitar by Eric Krasno in November and January and Stanley Jordan in December.
