Phil Lesh & Friends Offer Webcast Of Show At Terrapin Crossroads
By Scott Bernstein Sep 1, 2015 • 2:00 pm PDT

This year to celebrate the Grateful Dead’s 50th anniversary, Phil Lesh is performing a series of Phil Lesh & Friends shows at his Terrapin Crossroads venue in San Rafael for each of the years the band was in action. Tonight there will be a bit of a change to the usual format as the venue gave fans a chance to vote on a year of Grateful Dead history from which the band will pick a show to re-create. If you can’t make it to Terrapin Crossroads to see what year won out in person, there’s an option to watch from home or wherever you have an internet connection.
The sold-out performance (though tickets were free) will see Lesh on bass joined by guitarists Stu Allen and Grahame Lesh, keyboardist Scott Guberman and drummers Ezra Lipp and Alex Koford. Terrapin Crossroads is offering a Pay-Per-View webcast of tonight’s Grateful Dead tribute performance for $7 beginning at 8 p.m. PT.
On Thursday night Phil Lesh & Friends honored 1980 Grateful Dead, while Sunday saw the band pay tribute to 1981 Grateful Dead.
