Phantasy Tour Announces Venue Trading Cards To Benefit NIVA

Phantasy Tour partnered with the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) to create a series of trading cards showcasing 54 venues from across the country. Sales from the first ever Phantasy Cards Venue Series will benefit NIVA and the organization’s mission to “preserve and nurture the ecosystem of independent venues and promoters throughout the U.S.”
Each card is devoted to a venue with a photo on the front and information about the venue detailed on the back. Baltimore’s The 8×10, Berkeley’s Greek Theatre, New Orleans’ Tipitina’s, The Boulder Theater and Portland’s McMenamins Crystal Ballroom are among the venues featured on the 54 cards in the set. Packs of nine cards are available as well as boxes containing 16 packs.

Phantasy Tour previously released two series of live music-themed trading cards focusing on musicians and bands. The first series sold out and the second series is still available.
“Collaborating with NIVA on a venue series was a natural extension of what we’ve been doing with Phantasy Cards,” explained Phantasy Tour founder Paul Glace in a statement. “We are thrilled to bring a little bit of venues back into fans homes until we can return to the venues in person. Fans can feel good knowing that their venue series purchases support NIVA and their efforts on behalf of our struggling independent venues.”
