Pearl Jam Kicks Out The Jams With Mudhoney In Vancouver

The Seattle rockers continue to mix it up from night to night as they delivered the tour’s first takes on “Breakerfall” and “God’s Dice” as well as the aforementioned cover of MC5’s “Kick Out The Jams,” which featured Mudhoney guitarists Mark Arm and Steve Turner. Mudhoney has opened a number of gigs on the tour including the Vancouver stop.
Eddie Vedder made numerous mentions of crossing the border and even raised a toast to all those working on the border. The singer also took a moment to mention Roger Waters and note that the Pink Floyd co-founder is working on new music after Pearl Jam covered “Mother.” Songs from Lightning Bolt, Pearl Jam’s latest album, continue to get played as last night saw five songs off the LP make the setlist.
