Paul McCartney Shares New Songs ‘Home Tonight’ & ‘In A Hurry’

Paul McCartney will issue previously unreleased tracks “Home Tonight” and “In A Hurry” on an exclusive double A-side 7-inch picture disc single that will be available at independent record stores next Friday, November 22 as part of Record Store Day’s Black Friday promotion. McCartney previewed the physical release by sharing both tracks digitally.

Macca recorded “Home Tonight” and “In A Hurry” with producer Greg Kurstin during the sessions that yielded his 2018 studio album, Egypt Station. The LP was Paul’s first since 1982’s Tug Of War to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200. While McCartney worked with Kurstin on most of Egypt Station, the former Beatle did write and record album tracks “Fuh You” and “Nothing For Free” with Ryan Tedder.
