Paul McCartney Announces Freshen Up Tour Dates In Canada

Paul McCartney has revealed the first four concerts making up his newly announced Freshen Up Tour. The Beatles co-founder’s newly confirmed shows will take place in Canada this September.

The Freshen Up Tour comes in support of McCartney’s new solo album Egypt Station which is due on September 7. McCartney and his band will perform at the Videotron Centre on September 17 marking his first performance in Québec City since 2013. The Freshen Up Tour continues on September 20 at the Bell Centre in Montreal which will be Paul’s first show in that city since 2011. Winnipeg’s Bell MTS Place will host McCartney on September 27 — his first time in that city since 2013 and for the first time since 2012, Paul will play Edmonton with a performance planned on September 30 at Rogers Place.

“We’ve always had such a fantastic time playing shows in Canada,” said McCartney. “We can’t wait to return in September for what should be another special run of shows. We are looking forward to freshening up our show and playing some of our songs from the new album alongside those songs we know you like to hear. Get ready to rock Canada!”
