Official Video | Neil Young & Promise Of The Real

Earlier today we reported on the official confirmation of artwork, release date and tracklisting for Neil Young and Promise Of The Real’s The Monsanto Years. Just a few hours later Neil and the band released an official video for one of the tracks off the LP, which is due on June 29.

Neil and Promise Of The Real, which features Willie Nelson’s sons Micah Nelson and Lukas Nelson, take aim at both Starbucks and Monsanto in “A Rock Star Bucks A Coffee Shop.” In the video, we see the band recording and rehearsing the track. Young even shows off his goofy side in the clip for the protest song. Check it out:

The Monsanto Years is currently available for pre-order. Neil Young & Promise Of The Real kick off a three-week tour at Summerfest in Milwaukee on July 5.
