Last December Keller Williams brought back his Grateful Grass project for a Rex Foundation benefit concert at The Fillmore in San Francisco. Today, Williams has announced the immediate release of a live album dubbed Dos, which was recorded on that fateful night at The Fillmore.

Williams was joined by String Cheese Incident bassist Keith Moseley and multi-instrumentalist Michael Kang as well as mandolin wiz Jeff Austin for the Grateful Grass performance that’s featured on Dos. Acoustic-based renditions of such Grateful Dead classics as “Bertha,” “Althea” and “Shakedown Street” are among Dos’s 10 tracks.

Here’s the version of “Bertha” off Dos for a taste of the new release:

All proceeds from Dos, which is available now via LiveDownloads, benefit The Rex Foundation.
