In the Winter of 2011 My Morning Jacket embarked on an ambitious International Winter Tour that saw them visit Europe and play at the biggest venues here in the states they had played up until that point. Towards the end of that tour, MMJ delivered an instant classic performance at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco and today the band has posted an official recording of the show via LiveDownloads.com.

According to Brad Serling of Nugs.net/Livedownloads.com, today’s release is “the first in a new archive series.” We can’t wait to see what else the band has in store for this archive series. May we recommend their headlining appearance at the Langerado Festival in 2007?

Head to LiveDownloads.com to download the show in a variety of different formats.

In other MMJ-related news, Jim James is among those who helped record a new version of the “Super Bowl Shuffle.” James, who shows off his sax skills on the track, is joined by Tim Harrington, Tom Scharpling, web cat Lil Bub, wrestler Colt Cabana, John Roderick, filmmaker David Wain, Comedy Bang! Bang!’s Scott Aukerman, Kyle Kinane and Dave Hill. If you like what you hear, purchase it for $1 as all proceeds benefit Reading Is Fundamental.
