Marcus Mumford & Co. packed the stage for a cover of Bruce Springsteen’s “Atlantic City” on Saturday night that ended a three-song encore following a 16-song main set. The Boss released the original version of “Atlantic City” on his 1982 solo album Nebraska. Mumford & Sons covered the tune a handful of times in 2013, but last night marked its 2015 debut. Flaming Lips, Alabama Shakes, Dawes, Jenny Lewis and The Maccabees were among the other artists to perform at the Seaside Heights installment of Gentleman Of The Road Stopover. Mumford & Sons’ Wilder Mind Tour moves to Mansfield, Massachusetts on Monday night.
