Multi-Cam Video: Aqueous Covers Queens Of The Stone Age With Dopapod Drummer

By Scott Bernstein Apr 28, 2017 9:04 am PDT

Upstate New York jam act Aqueous opened for New England quartet Dopapod at The Paradise in Boston on April 8. Aqueous brought out Dopapod drummer Neal “Fro” Evans for a Queens Of The Stone Age cover as part of their five-song set. High-quality video of “No One Knows” has just popped up on YouTube.

Guitarist Mike Gantzer handles lead vocals on perhaps the most well known of all QOTSA songs. “Fro” augments Rob Houk giving Aqueous a two-drummer attack for the cover, while Dave Loss swaps between keys and guitar. Aqueous had debuted “No One Knows” a few weeks prior on March 23 in Rochester.
