Molly Tuttle Strips It Back On ‘So Long Little Miss Sunshine (Acoustic EP)’

Molly Tuttle announced a companion acoustic EP built around songs from her latest studio album. So Long Little Miss Sunshine (Acoustic EP) arrives on September 4 via Nonesuch Records, with “Rosalee (Acoustic)” available now as the collection’s lead single.

The five-track release reimagines “The Highway Knows,” “Easy,” “Old Me (New Wig),” “Story of My So-Called Life” and “Rosalee” in stripped-back arrangements recorded with touring bandmates Vanessa McGowan and Mary Meyer. Steve Berns produced the sessions.

Tuttle’s Grammy-nominated So Long Little Miss Sunshine album was released on August 15, 2025. The 12-track collection, Tuttle’s fifth full-length effort, was recorded in Nashville with producer Jay Joyce.

The Bay Area native and her band have a busy three months of touring ahead. Tuttle will follow a string of August dates this week with an extensive coast-to-coast run that will keep her on the road from September 3 through October 17. The trek includes co-headline dates with Lukas Nelson and Daniel Donato
