By Scott Bernstein Jul 23, 2018 • 7:33 am PDT
moe. will celebrate Halloween a little early this year with a performance at The Fillmore Philadelphia on Saturday, October 27. The five-piece will present “a night at the arcade” as they serve up a video game-themed concert in Philadelphia.
The band announced the show with a graphic sporting the pig from their song “Buster” created to look like the cover of an old Nintendo Entertainment System game. “Grab your coins and join us October 27 at The Fillmore Philadelphia for a night at the arcade! Grab your Mountain Dew and mozzarella, get that perfect amount of grease on the joystick, and head over to moe.org to test your skills at Buster Brawl,” reads a note from moe. “Buster Brawl” refers to an 8-bit style video game the group shared on its website.
Past moe. Halloween themes have honored the Star Wars movies, Quentin Tarantino films, The Simpsons, The Big Lebowski and more. A pre-sale for tickets begins Tuesday, July 24 at 10 a.m. ET. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, July 27 at 10 a.m. ET via LiveNation.com.
