Soul-rockers The Main Squeeze recently relocated from their hometown of Chicago to Los Angeles. The Main Squeeze will end the year with a pair of shows in their new hometown.
The Mint in Los Angeles will host The Main Squeeze on December 30 and 31. “The Mint is an amazing historic venue, and our LA fans are amazing—extremely perceptive and inclined musically and also super loyal and loving to what we’re doing,” said guitarist Max Newman in a statement. “There are so many talented artists in LA, so many driven people, and such a diverse range of music and art being pumped out. The sheer proximity to such diverse talent has been a big influence. You can hear something in a session where an artist is on the way out of the studio and it inspires you.”
The Main Squeeze embarks on a lengthy fall tour starting on September 6.
