Lucy Dacus Opens Forever Is A Feeling Tour With Katie Gavin In Philadelphia

Lucy Dacus began her Forever Is A Feeling Tour on Wednesday. The trek supporting the singer-songwriter’s latest album Forever Is A Feeling got underway at The Met in Philadelphia with special guest Katie Gavin.
Forever Is A Feeling arrived on March 28 via Geffen Records. Lucy Dacus began her concert in Philadelphia with the LP’s opener “Calliope Prelude.” All told, Dacus would perform 13 of the album’s 14 tracks including favorites “Ankles,” “Best Guess,” “Talk,” “Big Deal,” “Limerence,” “Modigliani” and more.

For Forever Is A Feeling cut “Bullseye,” appearing on the record as a collaboration with Hozier, Dacus welcomed opener Katie Gavin for a duet. Watch below:
Elsewhere in the concert, Lucy returned to her 2021 album, Home Video, playing “Hot & Heavy,” “Partner In Crime” and “VBS.” Dacus wrapped her main set with the debut of Forever Is A Feeling’s title track. The album’s “Most Wanted Man” also got a first time play.
Dacus would return to encore with a song from the boygenius catalog, “True Blue.” Lucy sealed the show with “Night Shift,” a song from her 2018 LP, Historian.
