Los Lobos Welcomes Brandon ‘Taz’ Niederauer At City Winery

On Sunday, East Los Angeles rockers Los Lobos continued a run of shows at City Winery in New York City. The band was joined by young axeslinger Brandon “Taz” Niederauer, one of the stars of Broadway’s School Of Rock, for a portion of the show.

Taz emerged during Los Lobos’s set to add to a cover of Little Walter’s “Lose My Mind.” After the crowd went wild and the members of Los Lobos were impressed, they invited Niederauer to stay on stage. He then helped them close out the set with a scorching “Mas Y Mas.” Later in the night the young guitarist sat-in with Los Lobos on Freddie King’s blues classic “I’m Tore Down.”
