Little Feat Details 2024 Fall Tour Dates With Duane Betts & Travelin’ McCourys

Little Feat added fall tour dates to their Can’t Be Satisfied Tour. Duane Betts & Palmetto Motel will open seven of the eight shows announced today with The Travelin’ McCourys kicking off the action at the other concert.

The legendary band is gearing up to release their first blues album, Sam's Place, which is due on May 17 through Hot Tomato Productions/MRI. Included among the LP’s nine tracks is a cover of the early Muddy Waters classic “I Can’t Be Satisfied,” the song that gives the tour its name. Longtime percussionist Sam Clayton handles lead vocals on all nine songs and the record is the first to feature the current Little Feat lineup of Clayton, longtime keyboardist Bill Payne, bassist Kenny Gradney and multi-instrumentalist Fred Tackett as well as guitarist Scott Sharrard and drummer Tony Leone.

Little Feat kicks off the fall leg of the Can’t Be Satisfied Tour on October 20 at MGM Northfield Park in Northfield, Ohio. Next up is a show in Wheeling, West Virginia on October 22 before The Travelin’ McCourys open in Louisville on October 24. The tour then moves on to the East Coast for shows in Cherokee (North Carolina) on October 25, Charlottesville (Virginia) on October 26, Virginia Beach (Virginia) on October 28, Charlotte on October 29, Wilmington (North Carolina) on October 30 and Macon (Georgia) on November 1. Little Feat will perform at the inaugural Moon Crush Cowboy Moon on November 2 in Miramar Beach, Florida.

A presale runs from Wednesday, May 8 at 10 a.m. local to Thursday, May 9 at 10 p.m. local using FEAT24 as the code. General on-sales follow on Friday, May 10 at 10 a.m. local time.
