Lake Street Dive Hosts ‘Party On The Roof’ To Kick Off New Video Series
The song was originally released on the band’s Grammy-nominated 2024 album, Good Together.

Lake Street Dive launched a new video series entitled Live From The Road. The first installment, which can be viewed below, features a performance of “Party On The Roof.”
“Party On The Roof” is among the 11 tracks that make up the five-piece band’s latest studio album, Good Together. Lake Street Dive recently received a Grammy nomination, their first, for Good Together in the “Traditional Pop Vocal Album” category.

Lake Street Dive — vocalist Rachael Price, bassist Bridget Kearney, keyboardist Akie Bermiss, guitarist James Cornelison and drummer Mike Calabrese — released Good Together in June. The genre-blending outfit then embarked on the Good Together Tour, which was the band’s largest North American run yet. The tour included two nights at The Salt Shed, where they filmed the first Live From The Road video.
Live From The Road will consist of full performances of songs from Good Together and some oldies captured during the recently wrapped tour. Lake Street Dive was joined by trumpeter Jay Webb, saxophonist Dan White, trombonist Chris Ott and percussionist Nêgah Santos as they played “Party On The Roof” at various spaces within The Salt Shed. Fittingly, the performance culminates with a party on a roof.
