Knocking On The Golden State Door: Joe Russo’s Almost Dead Adds 2024 Concerts In New York & California

The latest Joe Russo’s Almost Dead 2024 tour date announcement is for new shows in New York and California. Included are a total of four concerts beginning in June with one at a venue in Upstate New York and concluding in October with a weekend in the Golden State.

Perinton, New York’s Perinton Center Park Amphitheater will host the quintet on Saturday, June 22. The show near Rochester follows a previously announced two-night stand at Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire on Jule 20 and 21.

Joe Russo’s Almost Dead — Namesake drummer Joe Russo along with keyboardist Marco Benevento, bassist Dave Dreiwitz and guitarists Scott Metzger and Tom Hamilton — head to California in October for shows at Oakland’s Fox Theater on October 24 and 25 and at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on October 26.

The five-piece made their Fox Theater debut on December 12, 2015, which was the group’s initial headlining performance in California. Oakland’s Fox hosted JRAD again in 2016, 2017 and 2018. The October shows will mark the band’s first shows at the venue in six years. Joe Russo’s Almost Dead made their Los Angeles Greek debut on August 16, 2019 and returned on October 14, 2023.

General on-sales for all four shows start at 10 a.m. local time on Friday, March 15. Up first are Artist Presales today (Tuesday, March 12) at 11 a.m. ET for Perinton and tomorrow (Wednesday, March 13) at 10 a.m. PT for the California concerts.
