Joe Russo’s Almost Dead Busts Out Neil Young Cover In California

Friday night Grateful Dead tribute act Joe Russo’s Almost Dead held a concert at House Of Blues in San Diego. The ensemble offered the California crowd a bust out rendition of one of Neil Young’s classic compositions.
Just like its JRAD debut on Halloween in 2015, Young’s “Vampire Blues” came behind a performance of “Reuben And Cerise.” Bassist Dave Dreiwitz, keyboardist Marco Benevento and guitarists Tom Hamilton and Scott Metzger were led by drummer Joe Russo on lead vocals on the bust out of the On The Beach track.
