Jim James and Karl Denson To Rock Telluride With Preservation Hall Jazz Band

As part of next month’s Telluride Blues & Brews Festival, New Orleans legends Preservation Hall Jazz Band will perform with special guests Jim James of My Morning Jacket and saxophonist Karl Denson. The gig will take place at the Telluride Conference Center on September 14 at 10 p.m.

The show is part of the fest’s “After Hours Juke Joint Series.” Those holding Saturday Juke Joint tickets can bounce around between the Pres Hall show, Anders Osborne at Sheridan Opera House, The New Mastersounds at Fly Me To The Moon Saloon and Selywn Birchwood Band at The Elks Lodge, depending on the crowds at each show. The Telluride Blues & Brews Festival takes place between September 13 and 15 featuring Jim James, The Black Crowes, Melissa Etheridge and more.
