Jerry Garcia & Merl Saunders Issue ‘How Sweet It Is’ GarciaLive Preview

On June 24 Round Records and ATO Records will officially issue Garcialive Volume 6: July 5, 1973 Lion’s Share. Featuring Grateful Dead guitarist Jerry Garcia and longtime collaborator keyboardist Merl Saunders, another preview of the upcoming archival release was premiered by Entertainment Weekly.
The Garcia/Saunders show at Lion’s Share in San Anselmo, California took place just days before the famed run that became the live LPs Live At Keystone The Vol. 1 and Live At The Keystone Vol. 2. That run featured bassist John Kahn and drummer Bill Vitt and was recorded by Dead engineer Betty Cantor-Jackson.
