Jerry Garcia Immersive Experience ‘Eyes Of The World’ To Open In 2027

Jerry Garcia's vision for an immersive exhibition is finally coming to life. Eyes Of The World: The Jerry Garcia Experience is scheduled to launch in San Francisco in early 2027, more than three decades after Garcia began developing the concept with producer Cary Granat.

The 40,000-square-foot exhibition combines immersive technology with Garcia’s music, artwork and recorded reflections across eight experiential rooms. The experience concludes with a dedicated performance space where tribute bands will perform Garcia’s music as the exhibition tours major U.S. cities.

“My father began creating this exhibit with Cary more than 30 years ago,” Jerry’s daughter Keelin Garcia, co-founder of Jerry Garcia Music Arts LLC, said in a statement. “It was his dream project. Bringing it to life as he imagined is a deeply meaningful experience. We are honored to work with the people he trusted creatively. We look forward to bringing Eyes of the World: The Jerry Garcia Experience to the fans he loved.”

The exhibition will also give back, with a portion of ticket proceeds benefiting the Jerry Garcia Foundation’s work supporting arts education, music initiatives and environmental conservation.

“Jerry’s artistic genius contributed to one of the most inspired movements in music and culture, built on openness, community and connection to one another,” added Garcia’s former partner Manasha Garcia, co-founder of the Jerry Garcia Foundation. “We hope those who visit Eyes of the World find a little of that inspiration and joy in this experience.”

After starting early next year at a location in San Francisco to be announced, Eyes Of The World: The Jerry Garcia Experience will hit the road for stops in other cities, including Chicago, Nashville, New York City and Los Angeles. Dates and ticket information are set to be revealed in the coming months.
