While Wilco is officially on hiatus, frontman Jeff Tweedy will remain busy in 2018. Tweedy has announced a batch of solo shows focusing on North America.

Jeff kicks off the run at Royal Oak Music Theatre near Detroit on April 5. From there, Tweedy crosses into Canada for concerts in Hamilton, Kingston, London, Ottawa, Montreal, Saint John and Wolfville. Then, a series of U.S. dates lay ahead with stops planned for Higher Ground in Burlington on April 17, Princeton’s McCarter Theatre Center on April 18 and the Haw River Ballroom in Saxapahaw, North Carolina on April 20. Wilco’s founding member will also play the High Water Fest in April 21 and his annual benefit shows at Chicago’s Vic Theatre on April 27 and 28.

Next up for Jeff Tweedy is another series of European dates (he’s currently on the road in the U.K.) in late August and early September. Tweedy is touring in support of 2017’s Together At Last, which features 11 intimate recordings of previously released Wilco, Loose Fur and Golden Smog tunes. A pre-sale for tickets to newly announced shows begins on Wednesday, February 7 ahead of the general on-sale Friday, February 9.
