Jack White Reveals This Weekend’s ‘No Name’ Tour Dates

Jack White’s guerilla tour around his new record No Name has new dates set for Labor Day Weekend. The guitarist and his band will hit three intimate Midwest venues, including a concert in White’s home state of Michigan.

Jack White surprise-dropped No Name on July 24. The guitarist subsequently announced a trio of underplays beginning with a concert in his adopted hometown of Nashville at the American Legion Post 82 — a benefit to secure a new sound system for the venue — along with a pair of Georgia show in Athens and Atlanta.

Jack White’s band for the tour includes bassist Dominic Davis, keyboardist Bobby Emmett, and his Raconteurs bandmate Patrick Keeler on drums. The band is set to perform at Washington D.C.’s 9:30 Club tonight (August 27).

White will kick off his Midwest stint at Mr. Smalls Theatre in Pittsburgh on Thursday, August 29. The band will then head to Newport Music Hall in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday, August 31. The Midwest swing will wrap at Blind Pig in Ann Arbor, Michigan near Jack’s hometown of Detroit on Sunday, September 1.
