Hiss Golden Messenger Covers John Prine’s ‘It’s a Big Old Goofy World’

Hiss Golden Messenger’s MC Taylor shared video of a cover of John Prine’s “It’s A Big Old Goofy World.” Taylor performed the song as part of the nugs.tv Live From Out There tribute to Prine.

The Hiss Golden Family Band performance featured Taylor accompanied by his daughters on tambourine and toy piano. Prine, who recently died at the age of 73 due to COVID-19 complications, originally released “It’s A Big Old Goofy World” on his 1991 album, The Missing Years.
