ISRAELI HIP-HIP/FUNK COLLECTIVE
START U.S. TOUR MARCH 10 IN SAN DIEGO

Hadag Nahash, hip hop/funk giants from Israel, start their U.S. Tour today in San Diego. The band who combine hip hop grooves, strains of rock, reggae and middle eastern tunes hold six gold albums in their homeland and have had several international hits. After their west coast dates the band have been invited by legendary southern rapper Bun B and Professor Anthony Pinn to speak in their class “Religion And Hip-Hop Culture” at Rice University in Houston, TX. From there, Hadag will move into the SXSW Festival in Austin, TX where they will appear as part of the I: Made In Israel, a cultural delegation of bands, filmmakers and artists appearing at the event. The band will be playing on an all star world hip hop event presented by Nomadic Wax and World Hip Hop Market featuring artists from Africa, England and New Zealand.
