On January 18, Guster will release their latest studio album Look Alive via Nettwerk/Ocho Mule. The four-piece act will mark the arrival of their seventh LP with a pair of special events in New York City.

The members of the band will dip their toes into the world of improv comedy as special guests of Connor Ratliff (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Orange Is The New Black, Search Party) and Michael Cruz Kayne’s (Billy On The Street) TRI: An Improv Show at Upright Citizens Brigade’s East Village location. The sold-out show will take place on Tuesday, January 15 at 7:30 p.m. ET

Guster will then celebrate the release of Look Alive with an intimate live performance and Q&A session hosted by Ted Allen (Chopped) on Friday, January 18 at 7 p.m. at The Strand’s Rare Book Room. The band is expected to offer acoustic versions of songs from the nine-track effort, answer questions from the audience and sign copies of the album.
