An audience recording of Friday night’s Greensky Bluegrass concert surfaced. Stream the full show below.

Michigan jamgrass act Greensky Bluegrass continued a run of three sold-out shows at Denver’s Ogden Theatre on Friday night. The band welcomed a pair of talented musicians to join them as Andy Hall of Infamous Stringdusters sat-in for a portion of the first set and Nick Forster emerged for a few songs in the second set.

Following an opening set from The Drunken Hearts, Greensky kicked off the Friday night festivities with “Merely Avoiding.” Next up was “Broke Mountain Breakdown,” which they jammed into a cover of “Walk Away” by James Gang. The improvisation continued as the band worked “Walk Away” into “Wings For Wheels.” Friday’s first set also was highlighted by a “Fixin’ To Ruin” with a ska intro and Hall adding extra dobro to “Worried About The Weather” and a cover of Bruce Springsteen’s “Atlantic City.”

Greensky Bluegrass’s second set was filled with fan-favorites such as “Demons,” “Living Over” and “Room Without A Roof.” Hot Rize member and eTown host Nick Forster came out in the middle of the set on electric guitar for “Catch Me A Jesus” and “Climbing A Mountain.” Last night’s closing stanza concluded with a “Just To Lie” > “Bottle Dry” > “Kerosene” sequence. Greensky then said farewell for the night with an encore of Rayland Baxter’s “Yellow Eyes.” The band returns to the Ogden to finish the run tonight.
